Why join The BLAST Fitness Bootcamp?
FACT: Repeating the same fitness routine will not get you results! Your body will adapt and your progress will come to a screeching halt!
Hitting a fitness plateau is not a problem in our Fitness Bootcamp. This jam packed, 45 minute workout combines strength training, plyometrics, jump rope, abdominal exercises and kickboxing for the ultimate three day workout. Each session is unique, keeping class exciting and fun, and each week ALL areas of the body will be attacked to help you see continuous results. THE BLAST’s Fitness Bootcamp is a very high energy environment with enthusiastic instructors and encouraging teammates to help you reach your goals.
What is the Challenge?
Many people approach fitness with an emphasis on weight loss and muscle gain, but those goals are not always the best things to focus on. Exercising will hopefully bring weight loss and muscle gain, but what will keep you motivated if you have a bad week without results or have already lost the unwanted pounds? What will challenge you once you have gained the desired amount muscle or are happy with your body type?
ANSWER – Focusing on exercise goals such as a certain number of push-ups or crunches or taking minutes off of your mile run.
THE BLAST Fitness Bootcamp focuses less on weight loss and more on a set of fitness exercises that you will work towards completing in a set time at the end of the 12 week challenge. This Fitness Challenge will consist of testing your upper and lower body and cardiovascular conditioning. The goal of our Bootcamp will be to prepare participants for the end of the challenge test – the weight loss will just be a bonus!!
Ensuring Success
Start thinking about a new you. Think about how it would feel to lose unwanted pounds, to gain muscle mass and/or tone the muscles you have. Thank about what it would be like to have more energy and to look better in the mirror. We provide you an easy to follow nutrition program, weekly workout classes, along with motivating instructors and teammates. At the beginning of each challenge we start the Challenge off with a Success Day. The Success Day will prepare you for the new you, teach you our easy-to-follow nutrition program and give you tips to ensure you have a successful 12 week session.
