One of the most popular programs at THE BLAST is our Muay Thai Kickboxing program. This program teaches you how to use the eight tools of your body: Hands, Elbows, Knees and Feet. Great for self defense, Muay Thai Kickboxing is becoming a very popular sport and martial art to achieve maximum fitness levels.

Many men and women are now training Muay Thai Kickboxing because of the fantastic physical fitness workout. Muay Thai Kickboxing combines the elements of: kickboxing, clinching, bag work, focus mitts, kick pads, jump rope, body weight exercises and the simplistic approach to self defense.

THE BLAST is certified as the highest level of instruction under Master Toddy’s Muay Thai International Association. This is not the “Billy Blanks Tae Bo” type kickboxing. This program teaches you the art of kickboxing as it is used in the ring, street self defense and self improvement.
