Welcome to THE BLAST Functional Martial Arts and Fitness Academy.
We provide Adults, Kids and Families with a “Vacation From Life”.

We invite you and your friends to experience THE BLAST with a Free Intro Lesson. We bring a new light to martial arts, fitness and self improvement through a wide variety of exciting programs. We have everything from 4 year old learning martial arts with their parents to Adults training martial arts for fitness, self defense, self confidence and weight loss to 20+ year old Men & Women training to get in the ring for competition. THE BLAST is truly a place where everyone can benefit from one of our programs.

At THE BLAST you will make new friends, be trained and motivated by nationally certified instructors, have a great workout in a team atmosphere, lose weight for a purpose, all while having fun and never getting bored! We provide curriculums and services that help you stay on track.

We teach martial arts as seen on TV channels such as Spike, Versus, Discovery, FSN, Oxygen and MTV. Our martial arts styles include: Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ground Grappling), Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do (Street Self Defense) and Mixed Martial Arts (UFC Style).
