Our Classes

Adult Phase I

Burn fat, gain energy and confidence!

Phase 1 is our entry level class that offers you a full body workout filled with energy, sweat, and plenty stress relief. In our 1 hour class you will learn Muay Thai techniques, bag and pad work, self defense all while burning between 500-750 calories! 


Adult Phase II

Kick it up a notch!

If you are looking for intense cardio drills, more pad work, and higher level sparring, check out our Phase 2 Muay Thai class. Phase 2 gives MTK students a higher level of training through multiple sparring drills and rounds, ring strategy, and hardcore conditioning. Any student who has earned their Phase 1 curriculum ranking is welcome, and encouraged to join Phase 2


Blast Kids

Turn your kids into warriors! 

Build confidence, and get active at The Blast's fun and skills-focused Muay Thai experience for youth ages 7-17.  


Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

This course combines essential striking and ground work skills that can benefit not just fighters, but anybody looking to gain new skills or add to their self defense tool belt. The class is open to any Blast Muay Thai or Enduro BJJ members and all skill levels are welcome.



Enduro Jiu-jitsu provides training in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Submission Grappling, Self-Defense, and Grappling for MMA. Come get fit, build confidence, and increase your endurance.

The Enduro coaching team are Brazilian Jiu-jitsu specialists, also well versed  in Wrestling, Judo, and Muay Thai. We offer Black Belt level instruction at an affordable price, with no contract.


Private Lessons

If you feel that group classes are not your thing, or maybe you want a more personalized experience; private lessons are for you.  You will meet with one of our instructors one-on-one to reach your fitness goals. 


Jump Start Lessons

Do you want to start training in martial arts, but are afraid of not knowing the basics?  Are you worried that you will slow the class down because you can't figure out technique fast enough?  We at The BLAST combat those fears by offering our Jump Start program.  The Jump Start program consists of 3 private lessons with one of our instructors so that you are able to learn basic techniques allowing you to join Phase 1 group classes with confidence.


Womens Empowerment and Self Protection

This course will introduce you to basic defense tactics against a variety of common grabs and attacks. We focus heavily on repetition in order to make these skills instinctive for your everyday life. Learn these basic skills alongside other women and finish the course by putting your skills to the test in a safe, controlled environment.

Space for each 6-week series is limited to 12 attendees.
